INFORMATION

** PLEASE READ CAREFULLY **  B.A.G.S Workshop Fees: SGD$ 80 (SGD$100 for those not pre-booking Instructor Training)  Instructor Training Course Fees : SGD$ 300    For those attending Instructor Training Course, it is MANDATORY to come for the workshop.

FEES INCLUDE:

- Certification of COMPLETION of B.A.G.S Workshop

- Certification of Instructor Training Course (Require to Pass Test)

- 1x MasterClass on Training Day

- 2 Year FREE access to SupaFresh DanceFit Library* (inclusive of over 50 Chorographies and SupaFresh Basic Steps)

- 1 SupaFresh Dance Movement T-Shirt

- 2 YEAR SUPA INSTRUCTOR STATUS

*After two years you will be required to take a short refresher course and to msintain access to the library

17.00hrs - Break/Prepare for Test

I fully accept ALL responsibility and liability whatsoever for any injury or health consequences that may occur as a result of my participation during the SupaFresh Instructor Training Course and will not hold DMI Studio and its staff responsible.  Furthermore, in signing this document, I am stating that I am essentially healthy and well and that I am not suffering from any heart disease, cancer, diabetes, kidney disease or any other chronic debilitating disease, and that there is NO reason why I should not participate in physical activities.
