Professional Dancer, Teacher, Choreographer and SupaFresh founder.
Dancing from the age of 10, Amelia has trained in Rock & Roll, Swing Dance, Tap, Hip-Hop, House and Commercial. Amelia has trained in Italy, New York and Paris and performed with a number of international artists globally.
From 1998 to 2012, Amelia travelled across Italy, to New York and Paris to improve her knowledge and dance skills whilst continuing to build her own Hip-Hop dance companies: Da Sista, Sarda Crew, Black Family and Sarda Family back in Italy.
In 2012, Amelia moved to London, spending her first 2 years perfecting her English and moving into the UK fitness industry, focussing on combining her love of dance with fitness whilst continuing to be authentic to her background.
In 2014, Amelia opened her first Hip-Hop dance class in Central London, delivering basic steps and Hip-Hop dance for beginners, Amelia has built and developed a real community of individuals who love to learn and want to dance, and on this success has created SupaFresh; a place to learn Street Dance in a relaxed and friendly environment.
In addition to SupaFresh, Amelia is a professional dancer and choreographer and teaches a number of dance and fitness classes around London, working with Third Space; GymBox; 3ness; Urban Underground; Fitness Blastoff; Fitness Fiesta and Virgin Active.
