INSTRUCTOR TRAINING COURSE  

- DATE: 19th May 2024 (Saturday)  

- TIME: 8am - 5pm (Course)

- VENUE: TRIFIT GYM DALTON

FEES INCLUDE:

- Certification of Instructor Training Course (Require to Pass Test)

-  1x MasterClass on Training Day

- 3 MONTHS FREE access to SupaFresh DanceFit Library* (inclusive of over 50 Chorographies and SupaFresh Basic Steps)

- 2 YEAR SUPA INSTRUCTOR STATUS

$100 ticket includes full Training PLUS FREE 3 months Library Acces

$180 ticket includesw full Training PLUS 1 YEAR ACESS + FREE 3 months - TOTAL 15 months access

Libray costs usually $20 per month

*After two years you will be required to take a short refresher course and to maintain access to the library

I fully accept ALL responsibility and liability whatsoever for any injury or health consequences that may occur as a result of my participation during the SupaFresh Instructor Training Course and will not hold TRIFIT GYM DALTON and its staff responsible.  Furthermore, in signing this document, I am stating that I am essentially healthy and well and that I am not suffering from any heart disease, cancer, diabetes, kidney disease or any other chronic debilitating disease, and that there is NO reason why I should not participate in physical activities.
